I offer a relational talking therapy that is trauma-informed, neurodivergence-aware, and non-pathologising. Therapy with me is paced carefully and shaped around your needs. Creative or experiential approaches are optional and only used when they feel helpful and agreed. Read more about how I work

Our first session is a chemistry session. A gentle introduction. If it feels right for you and I believe I can help you we can move forward together.
We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, and I may ask a few questions about your background.
There’s no pressure to share everything—we go at your pace.
I usually work weekly, offering a consistent space to explore whatever’s coming up for you. Some people come for short-term support, others stay for long term support to explore deeper patterns and parts of themselves.

£75 for a one hour session
Concessions available for low income and trainee therapists
